The far-right anti-immigration Freedom Party (FPÖ) secured 31 percent of the vote in municipal elections in the Austrian capital Vienna on Sunday. Their share is about 5 percentage points higher than previously, but not enough to rule the city. The centre-left social democrats won 39 percent of the vote.
