Marlon James on his Booker Prize win

His novel, “A Brief History of Seven Killings”, was the unanimous choice from the five judges for the prestigious prize. A mix of truth, rumour and fiction, it charts political violence in Jamaica and is centered around a 1976 attempted assassination of reggae superstar Bob Marley. .
