rance is known worldwide for its electro scene but in recent years these bands have also been enjoying success outside of the francophone market, with the likes of Phoenix, Daft Punk and M83 leading the way. Now, there’s a new wave of musicians hoping to jump on the bandwagon. Encore’s music critic Mark Thompson caught up with one such band, “Francois and the Atlas Mountains” who are already making waves both sides of the English Channel.
