3 major international summits are taking place this week – the Asia-Pacific Economic Co-operation (Apec) meeting in China, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations in Myanmar and the G20 summit in Brisbane, Australia. But of the 58 leaders attending, together representing five billion people, only five are women.
