Families affected by the Newtown mass school shooting filed a lawsuit on Monday, targeting the maker of the AR-15 assault rifle for negligence and wrongful death. Bushmaster, the manufacturer of the military weapon, should he held accountable for the massacre, according to the plaintiffs, because the AR-15 should never have been made available for civilian purchase.
