Memorial were held across the country as Japan mourns the 4 year anniversary of the Fukushima earthquake and tsunami which sparked a nuclear crisis. One father, Takayuki Ueno, lost his entire family to the disaster, but is still looking for his 3 year old son, whose body has not been identified.
