Greece needs money – lots of money, and it doesn’t matter where it comes from. Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras visited Moscow on April 8 and 9. His goal was to seek an end to Russia’s embargo on Greek food exports, secure lower natural gas prices and new money – although Tsipras stressed that he didn’t ask Moscow for a bailout.
