Germany might be the EU’s economic powerhouse .. but in terms of technology – it’s lagging far behind. The country has the lowest high-speed Internet coverage in all of Europe, with just 1% of homes subscribing. And the country’s businesses are suffering, as RT’s Peter Oliver reports.
