One inconsiderate driver was taught a lesson in the Southern Brazilian town of Maringa, Thursday, after parking in a disabled spot. The driver returned to his car to find the vehicle plastered with thousands of blue and white sticky notes arranged in the International Symbol of Access (ISA).
