Seen here are two of the most exciting bands that emerged in New York in the late 70’s and who went on to become the ultimate Punk groups known worldwide. Taped very early on by Paul Tschinkel, these bands, among others, appeared on Paul Tschinkel’s Inner-Tube, a weekly TV show on Manhattan Cable.
