Airstrike on Kunduz hospital was a mistake (US Gen), MSF labels it “war crime”

We know a little bit more about what actually happened in Kunduz, when the US forces decided to strike the location where the hospital was located. According to Gen. John Campbell, the Afghan forces asked for close air support because they were under fire in the vicinity of the location. He says responsibility lies between the US chain of command. The question remains: who gave the GPS coordinates to the US forces? Philip Crowther reports
